Cancellation Policy – The Pinnacle, Lombok
We understand that plans can change, and we want your stay at The Pinnacle to be stress-free. Please take a moment to review our booking policies:
- Cancellations
30+ days before check-in: Full refund of your deposit.
15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of your deposit.
Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund.
- No-Show & Early Departure
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notice will be charged 100% of the booking.
Guests leaving before the confirmed check-out date will not receive a refund for unused nights.
- Peak Periods & Special Events
For holidays, special events, or peak periods, a non-refundable deposit may apply. Specific terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Damages & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. Any costs will be billed accordingly.
- Booking Changes
Changes to your booking (dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Travel Insurance (Recommended)
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip, including unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions.
- How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Force Majeure
The Pinnacle is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, travel restrictions, or government regulations.
